What should I do if I forget a dose?
Since meclizine is usually taken as needed, missing a dose is usually not a problem.
However, if you are taking meclizine on a regular schedule and you miss a dose, take the missed dose as soon as you remember. If it is almost time for your next dose, skip the missed dose and take only your next regularly scheduled dose.
Do not take a double dose of this medication.
